Smog Legal Power

I just picked up a second G2. It is a 91 GS with 162K on the clock. I was wondering what you guys would suggest to get to about 200 whp and remain smog legal. My other G2 is a 92 RS with a B16A, I know that it is an extremely potent engine and mine is semi-built. I just dont want to have to deal with the damn smog refs anymore. If it wasn’t for my job i seriously would move somewhere else. Anyway enough of my complaining.

jdm b18c with higher compression pistons, cams, valvetrain, tuning, etc. get it BAR’d then do the engine work, it will mostly be tuned for high end so the smog machine shouldn’t pick anything up but the tricky part is the timing has to be within spec.
