IF you guys are mad because some had stickers, different color panels, ect. then on the flyer next to DA vs EF meet, there should of been a NO hater, NO stickered cars, NO mismatch color, NO bondle cars, NO cars with rims more expensive then the car itself. that way the FOUR cars that someone liked would of been there…

Should have been here 7 yrs ago, then you would understand. When we rolled to meets circa 01, 98% of the cars were clean, and maybe 4 or 5 were beat to shit. Even the kid with the full black widow bodykit and 18’s got some respect because his car was taken care of. It didnt have 3 different shades of gray on it, or dents galore.
This is our main point young grasshoppa. EVERYBODY’S car looked like everyone else’s at this meet. We used to have 50 DA’s show up to our meets, and every one of them was different. Most had the motor swaps, but they were all built different ways. You kids today have many companies out there that build the shit for you, all you have to do is go buy their stuff, slap it on your car, and its done. We had to fabricate, research, and most of the time, find out if things work by trial and error. We didnt have auto to manual tranny conversion kits, we had to fabricate the shit ourselves. C-pillar bars were non existant to us until an old member Ben Ogle fabricated one after a lot of trial and error. It still to this is day is the best C-pillar bar ever to be made for the DA. Hell, most people had to rig up seat rails to work since there were non made for the DA. Where do you think 99% of the stuff in teg tips came from??? Thats right, from us OG members. Trial and error guy, so you can do it in a matter of minutes, rather than the weeks it took us to figure it out. Another thing is we build our cars for function. We modded to benefit the car in some way regardless of how it may affect the way it looks. I saw nothing but parts for looks. Just because it has a bolt in roll cage or 7 gauges doesnt mean its being built for the race track.
If your next comment is “well not all people build their cars for the track”, just save your breath. I’ve never seen so many aftermarket tow hooks and cages. I didnt know they were “show” pieces now. You shouldn’t have a tow hook unless a) you track your car, or b) your car brakes down every week and you dont want the tow truck driver to fuck your lip up. And whats the point of the cage if you dont track it? afraid your ghetto cut springs and blown shocks are gonna cause you to crash and you want to be safe?

If anybody has a fucking problem with what we say, then DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO MEETS. Otherwise, be prepared for criticism. Dont get all ass hurt with what peoples opinions are. Some people will like your car, some wont, but those opinions will be posted here. I knew people who didnt like my car when I had it, and said it to my face, but I didnt act all tough and get pissy. He was giving his opinion and he has every right to say what he wanted to about it. Actually, while standing next to me and not knowing it was my car he said “that car is fucking ugly”. I laughed and said it was mine. I’ll say it again, learn not to get ass hurt over comments.
