Would you sell the front seat belt conversion? I don’t need anything for the rear.

to do it right, you need the CDM rear panels. The manual front seat belts mount on the upper b-pillar and trails down the b-pillar inside the panel to where the retracting mechanism is mounted. If you don’t get the CDM rear panel with it, your manual belt will keep rubbing on the USDM panel as it retracts. USDM panels are flush mounted. CDM panels have a gap for this purpose. I’ll snap pics to show you.

USDM vs CDM

Rwolf, just to confirm, are you talking about the a/b pillar cover or the rear side lining panel being different?

All the panels are different. Upper A/b pillar. C pillar. Plus the rear side lining. I’ve compared them all. Most common to change is a/b/c because they’re black. To do it right you also need the rear side panel for the reason I showed above.

Did you actually take measurements on the rear side lining? I had my CDM belts in my car for years with the USDM rear side linings + CDM a/b/c pillar covers. It fit like yours does, no rubbing with a nice slot for the belt. In my situation the a/b pillar was different and created the gap needed for the belt and I did not need to change the rear side lining.

You’re probably right. No measurements were taken and I haven’t attempted to match the CDM pillar panels to a USDM rear side lining. Comparison-wise, the rear side lining in there now does not match up to the USDM one I have in my other DAs.
