Here’s a short, sweet and sappy introduction. My name is Mike, I am from Virginia (the 757). I recently bought my second DA Integra on Thanksgiving night 2011. I bought it stock, it was lowered on Skunk 2 springs and had some gay ebay headlights. So far I have done the following;
ESM 009R 16x8 et 20 paired with 205/40R16 Falken 512s
Skunk 2 Front and Rear Camber kit
Pacesetter Monza exhaust (junkyard 40 bucks) to replace the rotted custom one they had
Full coilovers D2
Blackworks Extended studs
Muteki short open lugs so I could run my center caps
All Maintenance, plugs, wires, distributor assembly, timing belt/water pump all seals, ect
LOL “JDM” amber corners and bumper lights
Factory headlights/fog lights (still hunting for JDM one pieces)
Antenna delete
Rear Wiper Delete
Rear CF hatch visor currently being shipped along with a CF front lip
EK sideskirts (getting painted now)
and a few other misc things… here are some pictures.
Day after I picked it up;
And the progression;
and how it currently sits until I put the rest of my parts on:
I look forward to having a good time on this board
This is Honda #39 for me however. LOL. I’ll bore you guys with pictures of my previous S2000, other civics and my other current cars someday else. Hoping to find some good deals on a few things too.
Also, searching now for the “common” door/window seal problem and water leak from right side behind glove box after washing/raining.
Sorry, I ordered D2’s. These are “Yonaka’s” They ride okay, going to change inboard mounting points and do some modification to correct suspension geometry. It is a control arm smacker.
Dude, that thing is sickkkkkk ! The wheels gave it a completely different personality. Nice work. I was looking for a new background for my desktop at work and I think I found it lol.
I will most likely put the yonaka’s up for sale once I put the D2’s on. I only bought the D2’s because I got a killer deal on them, I bought these yonaka’s for 275 bucks practically new, couldn’t pass it up. and thanks, I am liking my 91 front right now. I thought about 92-93 but I don’t see any problem with this right now
LOL, thanks. It’s not done. I had to do something decent with this car, this was my last pride and joy before I bought the diesel and built a 240.
wow! those rims really set the car off i like how it looks. good job. pretty sure i’ve seen that s2 on the interwebs which is also looking good. keep up the great work.
wow. that thing is unreal!!! great work going back to the oem headlight setup…can you hook it up with some interior pics, im hoping for great oem splendor.

great job on the car its inspiring.[/QUOTE]
I appreciate it,
once I detail the interior sure. It’s pretty fresh for a 1990. However it’s that super dope retro blue haha.
Very impressive turn around on the look of your DA! I can really admire a mild start off at the begining of a project to give a little spark going. I reallly am looking forward to your completion. It seems also you have a talent at fixing up other vehicles as well as your S2000 with the Blitz wheels, was something I followed up on other sites and admired. Keep it hot man, I sure would like to see your DA at Import Alliance Spring meet in April down here in Atlanta this year!
Thanks man, in all honesty. This car is supposed to be my “beater” but I’m addicted to having a nice car haha. Even if it is old.
I also have a 1989 Nissan 240 that is my track slut only and a 2000 F250 Crew Cab Diesel (reason for Integra, 25mpg vs 11mpg and 30 gallon tank) lol. I’m about to start working on the 240 again, as I need to put some more upgrades on it and paint it now that I’ve gotten far better at drifting and care about how it looks now.
2 more things. additional awesome points for the early front end and pulling it off 130% and also the car is on my desktop and its widescreen and it looks like a legend. oh man so nice. yessirr
I was sick and tired of seeing the same played out crap. Rota’s and XXR’s on Honda’s and as far as “baller” wheels go, I also got sick of seeing BBS’s and wheels of the like. I thought I’d do something different. I visioned this in my mind, and it’s turned out great so far. My coilovers are for sale now btw :D.
