I want to replace my Flowmaster Obnoxious series cat-back with something quit, but better performance than stock, like the GReddy SP (if I can find one).

hm i can make one tomorrow. but ya its great if you want a quiet, stock looking one but with better performance. at idle upto 1500rpm, its a very low rumble… smoother than a cat purring… above that its mild… i guess im a little biased since my previous one was a deep as hell and loud straight through canister one. anyways, i just installed the sp tonite and i love it. good luck finding either tho

rs*r is supposedly making a comeback to the u.s. market. if you can wait a little, word is is that they’ll be offering something for our da’s again. not sure if it will be the same design as the original though…

That’s what i heard also. i remember someone saying skunk 2 will be making it under the rs*r name not sure

member ‘nino’ informed me of this a little while back. check their site here: http://www.rs-r.com and email them to be sure. hopefully what they told nino is true and we can get some good quality stuff here again. so far, everything looks good to me! :naughty:

does anyone have sound clips of some of the other exhausts??
i used to have a tanabe racing medallion clip. just a q tho do you have a resonator in your system. b/c i have a flowmaster knockoff and didn’t have a res. at first and it was all raspy but i bought a 21 in res. put in and it gave my car a really deep mellow sound. it doesn’t get raspy at all anymore and at idle it just purrs. aside from the cams with the exh gear at 2 deg. ret. i’d if i wear you buy a 21 in resonator for 20 bux and put it in and see if you like it rather than buy a whole new system , and if you don’t like it you only lose 20 bux. but if you do like it you can save 400-500. 
yeah I have a maximum length resonator on mine. And actually after some adjustments, it’s tolerable. (for now)

BTW, I emailed RS*R a few months ago just to make sure that they would still offer an exhaust for our cars and here was their response:

In regards to you inquiry, RS*R will still be offering their exhaust for
