ok im trying to fix a short where the fuse blows for the parking lights everytime i turn them on and i pulled out the guages to see if there was anything wrong back there. anyways the adapter peice for the speedo cable came off. how can i get this back on? i need to know ASAP!

the inside cable ended up getting eaten by the outside cable. so now im buying a new one for 25$. :\
Where did you get a new speedo cable for $25?
I pulled the end off of mine too. All I did was trim the insulation off of the cable so I could push the end back on. After i got the end back on I just crimped it back on with some pliers.
i did that and it ended up eating the cable
