Speedometer Changing Mileage Question *Please step inside*

Well since i had my battery cable not completely tightened when before i got it back from the body shop while taking it to the mechanic shop, it resulted in a melted dash/MPH gauge:

i’ve since gotten another dash and have done a little bit of work to it:

now i’m curious, the new dash has 113k on it and my old one 246k…is there a way to roll the miles up on the newer one i have so it can resemble closer what the mileage is on my car? I know this can open up controversary on people rolling back miles, but i’d really like to know if i can roll my miles up on this speedometer guage. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I put a gsr cluster in my car and had to advance the milage i just fount something that fit where the speedo connect and pult it in my corless drill and hit the trigger
