i want the carbon fiber mirrors but, i was wondering if they’d fit too

i have spoon replica…
bute my are fore EFand i did drill some new holls
in the plat in the door. but its look realy good.

soory that i dont have better pics

did u get those of ebay.

I think those on ebay are the EF version, modded to fit the DA

That ebay item is false advertising, i bought these mirrors and on the back of these mirrors are labeled CRX, sure enough there for a EF. I emailed the company and they told me EF and DA mirrors are the same bolt pattern, which i know is not ture. I told them that this was false advertisement and they probably didnt give a rats ass so they blew me off. Well they came close to fiting so i drilled new holes and shaved back plate to fit snug and they look like they belong there so i kept them.

I knew thats what it was. Because they copy all the ABS dyanmics products, or just sell their stuff, and ABS still haven’t come out with the DA specific set.

mirrors and car looks awesome, so if i bought the carbon fiber ones, would they look bad after modifyin them on my car, or whats your guys opinion?

you dont have to modify anything but drill new holes in the mirror plate, i got ones for a crx looks like they sit a little lower, but i dig it

Do these come with tinted mirrors?

can you still see out of them fine? bc i’m gonna buy a set in the next few days

Mine came tinted blue just like spoons, but my friends were not tinted for some reason. The blue tint really helps out at night when those hill billy trucks are blinding you from behind.

I used DC (94-01) Integra mirrors, I had to modify the plate that mounts on the car and drill new mounting holes, they fit perfectly. Only downfall to mine is that the glass has to be removed to get the mirror off, which isn’t too bad to do. I’ve been rocking them for 4 years now no problems.

Tempted to get these.

Does anyone have any pics or a guideline on where to drill the new holes.

And is that simple? Just drill a few holes and you’re good to go?

Lame. Their Manual…

Anyone know if those are fitable?

I would love to see where you guys drilled the holes to get the EFs to fit.

If I get a set will right a very detailed “how-to”

I ordered a set, was eyeing up where to drill holes for at least a half hour. Do not want to fuck up, anybody have a pic of where you drilled?

Side by side:

I been rockin the ef’s for a lil while now. I love em there pimp shit. It makes a world of a difference at first for a while it’ll be strange being in your car and looking at the mirrors cuz the old ones were HUGE. It’s like going from a mac truck to a geo.

I used the old holes as a guide line what I did was line up the spoon mirror how it should fit. Then hold it in place the your one hand, then if in sunlight/shoplight/flashlight look threw the exsiting holes to see where the 3plastic pronges line up at. Then with your free hand take a sharpie and mark the holes. Then drill out the holes and put on the mirror to see how perfect they line up. Mine were very close some of the holes I was off a lil and had to drill out the whole a lil bigger no big deal.

P.S.-The ef mirrors were very very close to the original holes. And the stock screws won’t fit in the spoon mirror holes there to big. I used self-taping screws that fit in the spoon mirrors why self tapping? Because they will make there own threads very easily is the plastic and washer on each. I bought supplies at pep-boys but anyplace that has it would work. :read:

Did you trim the bottom at all?
