i see the hair dryer but im pretty much lost after that
Theres lots of ways you can remove it that mostly revolve around using heat.
My method was using my finger nail and a blow dryer. (my finger nail was hurting afterwards but it was worth it.) If your pinstripe is in good condition it should come off easier. Once you start peeling it you can keep pulling it off. But mine was all dried up and chipped. Then i used wd-40 to remove the sticky adhesive stuff.(make sure you clean it off afterwards) I wouldnt recommened using a blade since you can scratch the paint and or remove the clear coat.

I had a set of sylvannia H4H here you come using one bulb, Notice its brighter but dont install the other H4h??? 
Yellower light passes to the ground better then pure white light or blue light, and alot better under certain weather conditions, lower glare for other drivers. Might be a requirement for those race cars especially at the high rate of speed they are doing at night. Selective yellow light can improve a driver’s ability to see in fog or rain or snow, but not because it penetrates fog better or reflects less off droplets as is commonly thought. The human eye interacts different with each color of light. Blue and violet are very difficult for the human optical system to process correctly. They are the shortest visible wavelengths and tend to focus in front of our eyes’ retinae, rather than upon it. Blue light has about 50% more glare then yellow light. Hid’s break up the blue light particles and spread them everywhere for a solution it looks good but the solution isnt a very good one because youve got scattered light everywhere.
Its not brighter. I think yours are shittier than the ones i had. And i had to change the bulb in the foglight too so it looks dimmed out also.
