ahh dont give up on here, I just want you to know. its not much harder to just leave the power steering in. this is a pretty major decision and I just want to make sure that’s what you want to do. you should drive a car with out it for a little bit and how it fells like even if its the camry with no belt:D
I drove robi’s car for a few days one time. It wasnt so bad. I actually got use to it pretty fast.
It will help grow them scrawny arms in to big ol’ guns so you can finally beat on Robi lol

And I know you want this thread to die and you keep knocking it, but I love it. I think its awesome that you are doing so much at such a young age, as well as the family involvement in DA’s. You keep getting knocked down yet you keep on persevering. Keep it up man, if there is anything you need that I have you can have it no charge. If you need those axles back you can have them…I can dig in storage and see what else I have.
Gl on the loop. I want to do it but I really need to drive someone’s car that has done it the way the write up explains it. If anyone has anything I don’t need to go over 15mph…
I have honestly been thinking about picking up a refurbished unit. New tie rods, new boots, spec’d.

Ok so im bored as Fawk and thought id post some updates before i go to work.
Ok so i did this awhile ago before the colorado g2 meet.
Drilled out the rear rotors. I actually had to drill into the rotor itself.
Put in some new rotors with EBC Brake pads “green stuff”
still need to do the fronts. I accidently ordered 2 sets of rear brake pads. So i still need to order some fronts and get my rotors resurfaced.
Duiring the G2IC meet i ran into a curb when the lane suddenly ended. Bent lots of shit including my subframe which me and glynn (BLKACK1) have been working on for the last week. Its ready to be dropped and will hopefully be finishing that up this Sunday. Btw I curbed my ls mesh pretty bad.
You can kind of see where its bent and where the welds are broken.
And we’re gutting the rack and i have removed power steering so i wont have power steering after this. But im probably putting the belt back on for my a/c and i hope it works.

The good thing is, you’re getting a crash course in working on your car. The bad thing is, you had to destroy some parts to do it, lol. Necessity is always a great tool for motivation, haha. We’ll get her all fixed up though

Yea man theyre freaking expensive and i dont think rears are that important. You should just get some EBC front brake pads and just buy some regular rear brake pads. I think the cheapest fronts i saw on ebay were like 65.

How far did you guys get last week?
I had to work but Robi and Glynn put powersteering fluid in the rack and looped the lines. The other day i T’d off one of the lines and got a little more power steering fluid in it. I just need to find a small resevoir for it. Ill probably be going to the junkyard today or tomorrow to get some LCA’s and hopefully find a small resevoir and im crossing my fingers for a 88-91 prelude steering wheel with nothing on it.
