anyone hear of them? I get a call yesterday from a guy at Sport Compact Pro telling me that they excepted my application and want to give me a co-op $12,000 limit sponsorship. Which means that will pay for up to 55% of my parts for my car up untill I hit 12 grand. I have to go to at least 4 car events a year and put 2 or 3 stickers on my car. They only thing is, they charge an $80 legal fee for a “lawyer” to write up a contract which the guy said he garantees me that I will except. Doesnt that sound shady?? I Remember filling out an applictaion for this sponsorship almost a year ago, but it seems weird to me. I asked why me? and the guy said it goes by region so they can get their name out. I Also asked if I could read the contract first and he just told me that I would def except it. HAs anyone heard of them or dealt wiht them? I dont want to jump into anything and lose 80 bucks. IF you’ve heard anythign about them, PLEAse help.
Stay as far away from them as possible…Their “shop” is very close to ours and they just snatch that 80 from you and give you prices you can easily get online…And if you absolutely must deal with them, speak to a guy named james…
Never sign a contract for some special agreement without letting your attorney review it first. It’s possible that the shop just wants a contractual agreement that you will abide by your terms of the deal. I know a lot of shops that got burned because there is no other way to ensure sponsorees do what they are supposed to. However, if some people claim to have had bad experiences with this shop, then stay away.
yea my buddy is goin through the same process with his 240 out here in cny. Sounds too good to be true, but they told him they were reviewing mine as well. Sounds too good to be true :sad:

A fucking scam. Do a search anywhere. You can get parts cheaper then what they have to offer. They also accept anyone and they dont even look at your car. I wonder why?

I just did a app. and they took out 88 bucks…I just got the contract in the mail…man i’m not sure. Is there anybody that really went thourgh with it and is it worth it??
not worth it. I did more research and I can give you this idea. OK, think of this, you mail me 80 bucks, Ill print you out a paper saying you need to put my stickkers on your car, and only buy parts from me. Then you buy parts from me, which I will pick up on ebay and reship out to you after i upmark it by 10%. Sounds fair right?
I dont them to bite me after they tried billing me for the shit that I didnt authorize them to do. :bs:
