stand alone tunerview install on DA

I have giving it alot of thought and I finally made a decision to get rid of my gauge cluster and I am going with a tuner view. I am going to be using my gauge cluster as a template to install the tunerview but wanted to know how do I get my speedo cable to go with a electric one? really wanting to do this and probably leave the fuel level in there. any insight would be helpful. I am going for the large display

its a 45 doller converter box, will turn your cable vss into an electronic vss, i cant recall the maker but ill post it up soon as i check my catalog

i think the converter is called a speedo healer if i recall

you don’t need a convertor to get this to work. i found that the speedo has 2 wires behind it and all you need to do is solder to where these 2 screws are and wire them to the speedo externally and at that point, you can remove everything off the speedo. the only part needed is the center portion that reads the odometer, then tuck it away. it’s simple.
