starts cold, stalls operating temp

Sorry I know it says not to post help topics here but I don’t know where else to put it.
Basically what the title says, b18a1 bod1 92 teg.
She will start with no problem cold, has a hesitation, almost sounds like to much fuel when I press the gas, sometimes hear a pop from the intake. But when warmed up idle will drop, pick up, then drop again and die, won’t start after that unless she sits for a couple mins. Sometimes won’t though. Did have a cel 43, reset ecu and can’t get it again, but still crappy driveability. Just put a new rpt full distributor cap and rotor on it, switched the icm from my old one, seemed a little better. And I can basically go by my temp gauge, when it says cold, even driving for 30+ min no problems, once the gauge starts going up problems occur, put heat on full, take the highway or just drive a little faster and the guage will drop, problem not as bad. Then sometimes I can bring it to operating temp just sitting there ( no driving) and it’ll be fine, other times, idles up a little drops to the first mark, jumps maybe 100-200 and dies, and again won’t start unless she sits for a little. My denso o2 is a couple months old. §§§§§ is only a month maybe. New plugs, wires. I did notice my 3rd plug was wet, with oil an I think a little bit of gas. Has a cai and headers if it helps. If you can give me some input it would be greatly appreciated. And how to put this thread in the help topics aswell would be great. I live in penticton bc Canada

do a compression test…

It was the fuel pump for me if anyone else is having the same symptoms.
