i likey the interior clean and simple. BUMP THIS THREAD!
:DPIC REQUEST PLEASE LOLS…anyone has momo hub and momo tuner steering wheel pic?. debating to get it or not???
not mines but it’s a 88-91 prelude…took the picture from 1ac4u2nv, hope they don’t mind!!! i remember another g2 member stating that the prelude steering wheel sits too close to the combination switches(signal/washer lever) and gets in the way…looks like it’s less than an inche away from the picture below. i’m planning on doin’ the same but can’t find a clean prelude steering wheel “YET!!!” hopefully i find one soon.

did you use weapon r seat brackets on your seats to make the auto seat belts work?
The brackets were made by Wedge Engineering. There is a place to mount the boxes but it is very tight. I made a couple of flat rectangular extension brackets to move the boxes to a little bit better position.
do you have a link to those brackets? also I love how you moved the boxes. it looks awesome.
How cheap Herb? I looked for a wood grain grant wheel at it was pretty expensive. Where’d you find yours?
I forget i think they are like $160 and then you will need the mounting kit which is like $20 and then the spacer kit which is like $17. I’ll sell you mine for $80 plus shipping with everything needed to install it. It will come with the spacer and the mounting kit
Serious? How can I pay you? I’ve never dealt with paypal or anything like that. But I’m really interested in this.

Super nice. I like it. How much did you spend on the hub and wheel? I’d like a set-up like that as well :inlove: Are you leaving he cruise control buttons off of it though?
Has anyone seen the steering wheels from the newer 8th gen civics? I believe 2006 and up. I love the size of those steering wheels. It’s nice, I just wonder what it would take to get one of those mounted up to our g2s.
Thanks for the compliments.

I know the Recaro seats fit on the brackets but I have no idea what other seats will fit and which sliders you would need depending on the seat.
Personally, I bought the seat set-up from On-Track Performance and they sent everything I needed to install them.

ALLEN:
I bought the Momo hub for I think $50 and the wheel was $190. I like the size of the wheel because it smaller than most but the opening is still big enough to see everything in the gauge cluster. I removed the cruise control from the car.
Ignore da interior…i got dis wheel of ebay
whoa that’s a lot of blue!
thanks for the links Dampa-chi!
i know… dnt ever leave me alone while bored wit sand paper, tools, paint, n fabric…smh n of course i redid the doors cuz i noticed they were gloss black n da dash is lke flat black…came out better
was doing searching and instead of just throwing up another thread, i figured this would be a good thread to ask this question…
i’m wanting to swap out my steering wheel w/ a new steering wheel and a quick release option for security purposes, mainly, not to mention it does look good in the car. any recommendations?! also not trying to spend over $200 (yes i’m wanting to buy used)
