Am very blessed to have a child interested in hanging out with her Dad. She spent her Thanksgiving helping to prep the car. Even washed the car afterwards. After washing the DA, the standard puddle of water on the passenger side was there
That’s awesome that you’re tracking the DA. I saw you write that you have hardrace bushings in your car, is that what you run in the front LCAs? Replacement stock bushings seem to be hard to come by especially for the inner pivot points
For the DA that I take to the track , I am using the complete energy suspension polyurethane kit. So energy for the LCAs. The DB2 is using the hardrace for the LCAs. For a daily, hard race for sure. Replacement stock parts are sparse
For sure. I will definitely purchase in the near future. Am in no hurry for the g2 store to open. Both the Teggies aren’t driven in the rain. If I do get caught in the rain, I use painters tape on the moonroof and windshield cowl. Ghetto .
Took me well over a 2 decades to finally have the time, finances to settle and 1 of the kids interested hpde events.
Unfortunately, being much older now, driving to and from the events is terrible on my lower back.
Last event at Streets of Willow this year before the prices get jacked up. 1st time my daughter has ever driven at hpde event and now she is hooked. This is probably my most favorite track. My underpowered car is no match for any car on the straights. Even my daughter was pulling away from me
