Stock Integra 1/4 mile times

I was wondering if anyone can tell me some stock integra 1/4 mile times. Like what a gsr should run, and what a ls should run. I know i read on car-stats.com that a 93 gsr runs 15.2, that doesnt seem right no me because i have a ls w/b16 which has same hp but a little less torque which would mean my car should get similar times. So can anyone give me some stats or a link to a site. I seen a couple tegs at the track, but i just want to know what they run stock. Thanks for the help.

No, no one can possibly answer this question. Just go find out.

i ran 15.901 in my LS when it was stock.

I ran a 16.9 a mile above sea level, see why this doesn’t work so well?

its cool, i was just hoping for some stock times, but if anyone ran their gsr’s let me know what you ran.

how long have you been racing for? are you a good driver?? I can hardly drive stick would i be able to run 15.3 in a gs-r? Would Ed Bergenholtz run a 15.3 in a gs-r???

well, if you don’t know how to race a manual transmission yet then I dount you can run that low in the quarter. I would be surprised if a stock gsr can run a 15.3 but that is what I read off a site. I was thinking mid to high 15s for a stock gsr.

you totally missed my point… but ok let me break it down for you

no 2 integras that rolled off the assembly line are exactly the same…

no 2 integra drivers are the same

some drivers have more skill than other drivers

if you use the flashing search button on the top of the page you may find some posts about 1/4 times…

however…

I would not use these times as an estimate for my car…

the only way to determine what your car will or should run is to

  1. practice drag racing
  2. take your car to the track

that is all

Thanks for the reply, i was simply asking if anyone knew a range of what gsr’s run. I know the driver makes the difference, and every teg is different. So if you understand my question now, go a head and respond with some helpful advice.

scroll up isnt that helpful?? I was going to post a reply but this topic is hurting my brain too much.

 Junkman =

take a hint…use the search button… stop making unnecessary posts

I ran a 16.7 with my Automatic 90 Integra with K&N cone filter where the resonator is and duct tape over the 2nd inlet. And a 2.25" catback canister exaust. walmart tranny fluid, and Castrol Synthetic oil.

16.0 and some misc numbers 1st time at track… but i also know how to drive and i know what my car can and cant do.

15.4 for a 92GSR with stock tires and only short ram intake and cat back. I could repeat it very easily(ran with 7 hundredths of a second 3 straight times). Hard to hook up with 195/60-14 tires and camber relative to a 2.25in drop. With good camber I could see getting a 15.3 easily maybe even a 15.2 with a perfect run.

:werd:

I’ve drag raced alot and have a pretty good idea of what things run. It’s impossible to give an average time because location and weather conditions affect it so much.

But from where I live, in Maryland, on a good track day a 93 gsr would run about a 15.3-15.4 stock and a stock LS would run around a 16 flat.

1/4 times

i ran 16.44 sec 1/4 @ 85.7mph with worn out stock clutch intake and exhaust. 154,xxx miles and slipping at high rpms.

don’t expect to run gsr time with a b16

go to the track

torque is what gets you down the track duh not fucking horsepower

mattknight on here ran a 16.2 on an ~85 deg day at 2240ft above sea level. its a 91LS with an S1 tranny.
