I have occasionally been hearing a sound which to best describe it, sounds like the fan is running (its not) and there is a wire or piece of tape hitting it and the bolts are loose on the fan (their not) which is coming from the right front of the vehicle.
Its only when I first start driving the car, and always under 20mph. I went over a speed bump a few months ago a little fast, and it started there after.
I have a 91 Integra GS Auto. Brand new Axles/CV-Joints, 4-New Motor Mounts.
Not sure what it could be. Is there an ac fan that brings air into the car ?
Im at a loss, anything would be helpful at this point.
