and please no ebay or no name brand recommendations
EF Neuspeed fits perfectly in the front as long as you don’t have ABS. The rear only fits if you don’t have the interior in place and even then it doesn’t fit properly.
Password:JDM just released their front and rear strut bars for the DA Integra. In my opinion, they have the best front strut tower bar for the chassis, it’s just like a Carbing one and it fits DA’s with ABS or without. They also make a nice rear strut bar with an ‘X’ trunk brace if you’re interested in that as well.
As for other brands, Spoon and Vision Technica make good front strut bars. Also Cusco, they’re nice if you can still find some sites that sell them. Greddy, Tanabe and Neuspeed also make comparable bars.
For rear strut bars, again, Spoon and Vision Technica have good ones. EM Racing has a rear strut bar as well. I have their ‘Auto-X’ package which includes their rear strut bar, c-pillar bar and triangulated c-pillar bar and I love it. If you’re going for that ‘Z’ or ‘X’ look, the Next Miracle X bar is pricey but definitely worth the money.
I was at IA in Nashville and there is a company called CPCK and they are getting ready to put out a DA rear strut, C-bar combo brace. I was basicly like a strut bar that tied to the C-bar via 2 angled bars coming from the center of the C-bar portion connecting to the strut bar ends. it looked like a good design and the guys running the booth said their DC2 bars had recieved lots of positive remarks from costumers. I was happy that one of the guys working there was gonna test the DA bar on his car. he told me to keep a eye out for it over the next few months… Here’s a contact # of the business card i have: 615-568-9954. here’s a pic off their site…they call it a K bar…which kinda makes sense.
