Stuck removing driver door panel

I can’t get the panel off. I am pretty sure I removed all the screws except for this one on the upper corner next to the dashboard as the panel is hanging on that now. The repair manual shows a picture of one that can be screwed out but my driver side door panel has a screwless plastic cap. I dont know what to do. I am having a hard time removing it, I tried prying it a bit but any harder I would damage the panel the cap is soft and somewhat flexible.

Any clue why I have a screwless one? and how do I go about removing this thing? I pulled on it a bit and it loosened up but I am afraid to pull too hard. Thanks ppl!

You should be able to just pull that plastic screw cap out. It is held in by a plastic screw, which from what I gather you are missing. All you have to do is just pull that out, try using a flathead screwdriver and pry it out. All it does is just “butterflies/spreads” open when the plastic screw is in there to hold the panel on. You should be able to just yank it out.

Thanks maxspeed I got it! Dang it just scared me to pry so hard on that thing but it came off!
