my sun roof gets stuck, like it will open up fine but closing it is tricky cuz i woud have to play with the switch for like a minute or so. is there any thing wrong with my sunroof or is it the swith.
If fiddling with the switch helps you close it, I’d guarantee you it’s the switch that’s dirty or worn.
Take the switch off, clean the contacts with rubbing alcohol and a Q-tip, make sure there’s no dirt or dust anywhere that you can see, and then reattach the wires the way they were. Should only take you 20 mins if you can get the switch out (see the Teg Tips for rewiring foglights… taking the switch out is the exact same for the sunroof).

kookoo tanks was about to oil the wheels were the sunroof hascontact jus to see if that was it but yaa ill try that
Have you adjusted the clutch on the sunroof motor? It needs adjusting periodicly. It adjusts how much resistence to stop the sunroof so no injuries would occur if your head, hands or whatever were to block the sunroof from closing. If I remember correctly, you will still hear the motor turning but the sunroof doesn’t move. That what happened to mine. If you dont hear the motor turning then check the switch as curls mentioned.
