im considering a ls/vtec. i just need to know would it be easier to swap in a odb1 b18b w/vtec head or is it possible to put a vtec head on my odb0 b18? also would a ls/vtec pass a cali smog check?
OBD
is just the electronics involved with engine management. so you can use the electronics from your non obd setup, with whatever year vtec head you happen to find.
if you use an OBD1/2 b18b, just use all the sensors, and wiring harness for your non obd B18a, as well as the non obd LS ecu.
