yea yea yea i already looked at the teg tips b16 swap guide…do i need to remove my A/C lines to take out the motor or to put a b16 in?? i already have a b16 a/c bracket so i can still use my a/c but i just wanna know if the lines are in the way of anything cause i really really dont want to take it out. :shrug:
No…you don’t need to remove them.
It’s cheaper to get your AC evac’ed and remove the hoses, than to replace a hose if it breaks while removing/installing the engine. I did my engine swap and decided to remove the hoses. You may not have to remove them if you are putting the motor from the bottom. I had to install the motor from the top.
