swapping B20Z into DB2 with an SirII motor(Questions)

So ive already been through the ten pages on this site and others as well…but in the end i own a DA so ima come to you guys…
Current setup in my 92 GSR(has a Jspec b16) with the YS1 cable tranny…everythings nice…but slow

anyways…my B17 is in storage for now…but i have a mint B20z lying around as well…
question…
if i swap the b20z in the car…can i use the existing A/C compressor and A/c bracket?

Can i use the existing P/S pump with the bracket thats on the B16?..
im sure the answer to the first one is yes…
but the 2nd one im having trouble finding for certain…i will go b20vtec later on but for the time being im sticking with just the b20z with a functional A/C and P/S pump…

too much to ask?

you will need to get an ls power steering pump bracket. the mounting points are slightly different. I believe you will only need to replace the mount that bolts to the head.

thanks man…the b20z was in my LS Dc…would the mount(driver side i believe) be a direct fit for the DA?

Use the engine mounts from your DA. If it still has the PS mount on it you should be able to use that

thanks again man…i just wanted to make sure i wouldnt run into shortage of parts on a db2 going from a b17 to a b16 to a b20z.

i just wanted to make sure im still able to keep the a/c and p/s with the b20z.

and make the changes later when i go b20vtec.
