Synchrotech Carbon Synchro's

I am getting ready to put an LSD in my basically mint 92 GSR trans, the trans was all rebuilt with mint OEM honda stuff not too long ago, but since I am putting an LSD in, while its out I am considering putting in carbon synchros as well. What are the actual pros of carbon synchros, and when do you think they are necessary? my trans right now up and down shifts smooth with no grinds or pop outs. Would it be worth it to do them now or should I wait for my current synchros to get some age since they were just purchased? Thank you

My opinion on this is, if you plan on getting some serious horses underneath the hood in the near future (1-5 years) i’d upgrade the synchro’s. If you’re just fixing things that go bad on the car and have no plans on making a beast out of your vehicle, then i’d stick with what you already purchased.

I’m actually making over 500whp right now haha just not sure if I want to spend an extra $475. The trans is already together and is great and has worked great, even shifting at 9500. Am I going to destroy anything on the trans aside from synchros when they start to grind (no signs of grinding yet)? I may wait a year to do them
