Just wondering if anybody could help me out? I believe I have a leaking taillight gasket or 2 and I was wondering if anybody knew where to get new ones besides the dealer? The closest dealer to me is like 2 hrs away n its a pain to deal with them. Or mabye if there is some type of gasket material I could make my own ouy of? Thanks for the help as always!!!
wal mart for like 3 or 4 bucks it comes in a roll its not it the auto section though
Where in Wal-mart…I could probably use some to replace my gaskets as well.
i think he is talking about weather stripping for doors and windows. you just make your own. there should be some crappy pics someone took posted. search water leak if not taillight gasket
There are several places you could order the OEM gaskets online. I have always used Acuraautomotiveparts.org but there is also Acuraoemparts.com, Hondapartsunlimited.com and OEMacuraparts.com who is a vendor on G2iC (none of whom I have personally ordered from). Then, for parts where there is a corresponding Honda part, you can always use Majestic Honda who I used to use for parts when I had a Prelude ages ago.
Looks like those gaskets are about $20 each.
