same thing happens to me and i have a moonroof if thats wat its called

search plugged / disconnected drain tubes

Why would you buy a tail light? The GASKET needs to be replaced, not the light, and the gasket is a separate part that can be ordered for like $18 ea. I just went through this too…haven’t gotten my gaskets yet though.

Use clear silicone caulk on the body where the lights mount. Squeeze and spread a good amount around the openings for where the harness protrudes the body. Press the light into place and tighten down the retaining screws to pull the light flush. Wipe away the caulk that squeezes out the backside of the light.

You may want to check the sunroof drain hoses that are located behind the left and right trunk panels. Just like the previous threads have stated. These come out on almost every Integra I have worked on.

i just had this problem because i switched my 92-93 tails for 90-91s. But i wasnt really paying attention and didnt switch the rubber gasket seals that go around the light. after putting the gaskets on, stripping my car for a couple weeks and letting my back seat dry out (my trunk was 6" deep in water before i noticed :bang: ) everything is ok now and i just put everything back in last night. If you just switched tail lights i bet you did the same thing as me…

word to the junkman. i had my sunroof tubes flushed by acura. but in the process they became disconnected. I then reconnected them and duct taped them in place. problem solved.
