tail lights help!!!

how to get the dampness wet ness out of the tail lights?? any one know some tricks thanks =]

Take em off, pull out the bulbs and run a hairdryer through it. It takes a little while, but eventually all the moisture will get blown out. If your gaskets are damaged, get some new ones or the condensation will just come back.

okay thanks alot

were can i get knew ones i might need some same thing happens to one of mine when i wash it all the time, not water just moister

i did the blow drier trick and it worked for me… how is the gasket on the back of the tail lights that can also be a reason why ur getting that problem

the easiest way to fix the tail light condensation problem is to replace the weather stripping that surrounds the inside of the light when you take it off… you can go to honda and get a 30 or so dollar each for a replacement gasket. or you can do what I did which was to go to home depot and buy weather stripping that is similar to the gasket… if you need a pic of the stuff just lmk. Good Luck

yes picture please.

I replaced the gaskets when I had this same issue, its been fine since. You can order them online from acuraautomotiveparts.com, and probly plenty of other places, or your local dealership will have em. I highlighted the part number and relevent info in the pic.

thanks man. ill pick one up soon.
