All right, so what should we use? Paint thinner, turpentine? Are they safe? I wanna get mine off cause i got a converted rust bulge on the end of it.
bottom line goo off… is the best hands down. doesnt do any damage to the paint just dulls it…
i removed my sticker yesterday… I used a sharp scraper to get the sticker off and then used adhesive remover to get the glue off. it worked like a charm. I then removed the ACURA and RS emblems and used bondo to fill up the holes and then painted the trunk. I am very happy with the results very clean look!. will post pictures soon…

If you’re careful, you can use a razor to do this … did it all the time as a detailer … takes practice tho (on other people’s paint lol). And run over it with a cut polish and wax, and you’re set … what color is your teg? [/B]
yeah i just started scraping it off with a razor in one of those handle thingys. i fonked up once or twice, but it gives the car character, right?

yeah mine too. can’t wait to start spotting those black bumper covers & fenders on ebay again. i used to see them all the time… perhaps i shoulda snatched some up then.
In Japan, “Sticker Remover” can be found in any auto goods stores. I used blow-dryer, heat it up, peel the sticker(IntegraXsi) off, but had the same problem with the adhensives left behind.
I bought the sticker remove, applied it, and let it sit for 5min, then scrap it off with my finger nails (or some sort of rubber/plastic scraper even better). It comes off, but not all at once. Just repeat the process 2-3 times and it will come out.
I recall seeing sticker removers in TARGET or K-Mart (not for cars, just general ones), maybe that will help?

too much for me though, i gotta find a used one in good shape. i’m gonna put a 92 on my 90 ls so i’ll have to buy new bumper light too.
You can buy “Bumper Sticker Remover” from Pep Boys or any auto store.
Use a razor blade & carefully scrape & peel away.
Spray generously.
