taking apart one pieces

I am looking to take apart my one pieces and clean th insides because they are very dirty.

My question is, whats the temp and time for baking them in the oven to pull them apart.

well i baked my friends plastic accord lights at 400 degress and it took about 5mins. after that i pryed it open with a flat head. If its still too hard to pry open then just pop it in the oven for a couple more minutes.

400 is way too hot. I do it at like 175 for about 10-15 minutes.

You can, but I think thats half assing it. I would dig out all the old sealent while the lights are apart and its soft, then just put a bead of silicone around the lights and clamp them back together. Let them sit over night before you re-install them.

I have just warmed them up before and pushed them back together, and it seems to work, but you might as well do it right the first time just incase you get leaks.
