Tanabe "style" Ebay exhaust question.

I bought one of these a while back due to being broke, and my old exhaust was broke also. (pun) http://www.ebay.com/itm/90-93-Acura-Integra-Rear-Tail-Catback-N1-Exhaust-System-DA6-4-Tip-JDM-OE-Style-/190934967135?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Year%3A1992|Model%3AIntegra&hash=item2c749c635f&vxp=mtr

Now obviously 90-91 exhausts are different than 92-93. I’m just wondering what variant these exhausts are based off of? I have a 96 spec ITR header and a custom test pipe. Now I have no issue cutting it and re-welding it to the proper length, but if I don’t have to, I won’t.

My Integra is a 90, and eventually I want to get a Tanabe setup, but I’m not sure which I’ll need. If the ebay one is the length of a 92-93, then that’s what I’ll get.

Anyway, I wasn’t sure if anyone might know, so thought I’d ask.

The cat is longer on 92-93 models. When I bought my Tanabe exhaust it only comes in one size. I just bought an adjustable test pipe. Once you adjust it to the right size…just weld in place. Now of course I’m speaking of actual Tanabe exhausts. When it comes to the knock offs they can vary in length all the time. You’ll just have to bolt it up and take measurements from there. Oh and BTW Tanabe now only makes the Touring Medallion for our cars. They disc’od the Concept G :frowning:

Yeah, but many places still have old stock.

You’ll be doing what many have done… Once a quality part for our cars is discontinued, they typically move off shelves quickly.

If you do find a new Concept G for sale the seller is probably going to want at least $600 for it…unless they don’t know what they really have!

Hey BMXman. Hit me up. I would like to talk to you. ImNotYurMom@gmail

These sites might be errors, but looks like you might still be able to get it new. I remember my buddy found an RSR for his EF when they had been discontinued for a year or two, a local retailer just happened to have one in inventory.
