i just got my midpipe and test pipe done and boy my shit sound hella loud what would a test pipe give you ?
it would give you:
- a headache
- cop attention
- smelly exhaust due to lack of cat
on a serious note, when do you mean “what would it give you”, are you referring to hp gains? if so, maybe 2-3 hp? its too difficult and impossible to give an exact amount.
not only that but you don’t give details on current motor setup, mods, etc. even then, giving you an estimate would be nearly impossible. best bet? take it to a dyno.
unless you have a really nice exhaust that can coverup the sound, or unless you are really going for a build to a fast car, you should keep your stock cat, or if you wanted you could even just get a high flow cat.

i can get away with it cause my RS*R makes everything sound stock’ish… hahah
my test pipe isnt that loud, exept when u rip on it, then of course its loud, and i have a fart can on the bak 2. which will soon be replaced for a even higher priced fart can RS*R
