I just wanted to thank all of you on this forum for your help. I just swapped a b20z into my 91 DA with some help from the threads here. For reference, code 6 IS the Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor. The teg tips may need to be changed, or have a list relating to OBD0. I drove to work today for the first time in a while in my integra, (feels great). What a payoff!!! Again, thanks to everyone, the posts you all have left behind, and the pictures, oh yes the pictures!!! You helped me get rid of all the check engine codes!!!

Wait until you slap on a VTEC head on that block… along with the supported mods… you’ll love it.

What trans do you currently have on it right now?

ls transmission. just noticed a leak in it tho.:wahmb: I already have a b16 head, just waiting on the rest of the parts, I want to do this right. If anybody has a GSR transmission for cheap, lemme know.

Are you going to do a lot of highway driving or short distance?

Several options:

-gsr/b16 ys1 transmission with lsd and LS 5th gear
-ys1 case with 4.7 ITR guts w/ lsd
-or just regular gsr ys1 with lsd.

Either will be fun. :slight_smile:

hey guys, if you want to swap to a b20z and keep obd0, just reuse your IM, distributor and ECU. That’s how I did mine… I hope this helps somebody.
