we are almost done with it. just have to have CG wire it all up i think it will bw one of the sicc cars here, an its not cause what it looks like cause that isnt shit but just cause of what has been done to it. But thats my opion

There most likely the yellow glass covers you get off the first gen legend. There’s a article on here on how to do it. http://forums.g2ic.com/tegtips/lighting/25.html

Yes, those are yellow legend capsules installed. If you do this mod keep the glare-guards installed as to not be one of those pricks with bright lights that obstruct everyones view.

brightness is not that different without the glare guard.

So why take the glare guards out vs leaving them in… there isn’t much of a difference.

Point is, its anooying to be blinded by oncoming traffic. If removing the glare guards doesn’t make a big difference visually, then why be a pain in the ass to other drivers?

the reason why i took it out is so that you can see more of the yellow through the lens.

this is somewhat true. they are significantly brighter w/out glares.
when i bought my one peices the guards were removed and i didn’t know until i lit them up. on clear nights i don’t usually turn them on out of consideration.
i’m contemplating pulling the lenses off and putting some in
