i should of been more clear, the reason why i took it out is so that you can see more of the yellow through the lens when the fog lights are off.

… Seriously? I know what you were saying. And yes, it looks ‘cooler’ that way. But it still stands to reason that a GLARE GUARD is meant so that you don’t blind oncoming traffic. I had people flashing their brights at me all the time with yellow capsules and glare guard installed… taking the glare guards out is going to be that much more of a nuisance.

…im speaking from experience, when taking off the glare guard for the 90-93 integra fog lights, it DOESN’T make a difference in brightness…it’s been talked about already. heck, there was even a thread about taking out the glare guard and getting the same brightness.
it does affect other headlights or fog lights, but not in the 2nd gen. maybe you should try it, instead of speaking out your ass. last time i check, you didn’t even know anything about the USDM headlight OR JDM headlights…even made a thread out it.
if you haven’t tried it for yourself or actually seen the difference, don’t comment on it.

i recently took off the glare guards in my da and compared it to the one with the glare guard. the one without the guard was dimmer, i aim that side up higher so you cant tell when looking at my car but the beam looks like this when i am driving

big waste of my time. i say keep the guard if you want it brighter.
