Hey G2IC. I’ve been a part of this site a little longer than my account has, though I am by no means an OG or anything of that sort. I got my DA in 2009 and I’ve only recently been putting money into it to make it look half decent. I do pretty much all of the work myself and I occasionally get help from friends. That being said, my mechanical skills are really limited but I do what I can. I’m only 20 and going to college so funds are somewhat limited as well. This build thread is not meant to impress anyone, I just thought it would be a nice way to keep track of the Integra’s progression. Seems like a pretty chill community too and I’ve benefited greatly from it. I’ll get pictures up in a bit, but its dark and I don’t feel like getting up.

good stuff man. haha yeah, stay away from polished oem. I actually have a 93 frost white with polished blades (but it didn’t happen because I still can’t upload pictures on here). any plans for the motor?
Yeah I orignally planned on white, but my 20 year old faded paint makes it look really bad. Hence why I’m thinking of going with a contrasting color. Keep the opinions coming guys!
Nothing immediate. Only thing is apparently I have a jdm B18. At least thats what the stamp on the block leads me to believe. I’m more inclined to begin on improving the suspension first before the motor. I really want Konis/GC, still riding on the stock springs and such. The lifetime warranty is what appeals to me the most, along with the reviews on the quality. Just need to save a bit more, but I’m so tired of looking at the ugly ride height!
Yeah, I have the koni/gc on, but haven’t been able to test it. I reworked most of my suspension (traction bar, camber, control arm). But it’s useless on a car that doesn’t run. Hope you have better luck. I’m currently slowly looping my p/s, and after that I’ll change out the rotors. Kind of hard when finals are about to begin.
dang dude very nice work you got. i really like what you did with the tails and wheels. how did you go about sanding and prepping the blades for paint?
Dayum niceeee! I cleared my tails also! But i sanded dem to wer the black lines show, not the white. Lol love the visor. Need to get one of those bad boys
also i have the same sony stereo(: sexy
Thanks man! I appreciate it. For the blades I pretty much hand sanded them. Removed the clear coat with aircraft remover, used some fine grit wool to remove the excess paint on the inside of the spokes, then hand sanded with 180, 220, 320, 400 grit. Then I started wet sanding with 600, 800, 1000, 1500 and then 2000 grit. The reason i started with such low grit was to remove all the imperfections. They’ll look almost brand new once I’ve painted them. Still haven’t painted them yet though, school has been really busy lately.
