The JeLLie-mobile is back in business.

What’s better than one DA parked in your garage?..

2 Clean DA’s parked in your garage (red one not mine)

where did you get the OE bumpers from and have you test fitted them yet?

I have not test fit the bumpers yet. They came from a local Acura Dealership

I’m jealous.
I’m rockin a 91 rear bumper on my 92 because some asshat hit my car one night and drove off, pick n pull didn’t have any 92’s
but the rest of my car body looks like shit anyway, not even worth sanding/filling/painting at this point.
just glad its black, doesn’t look half bad in the right light :stuck_out_tongue:

Thanks to some overtime at work, I should be headed to pick up the motor on Friday.

Sounds like some more nice parts are coming

That’s awesome, I know you must be excted…

Just finished ordering my harness from rywire

Sup neighbor…

yo roomie

Thanks for all the support. I finally have the harness, mounts, and engine ordered. This weekend, I will be clearing the rest of the bay in prep for the new heart.

Picked up a little something tonight (yes I have both sides)

Clean ass DA. i cant believe u bought brand new bumpers! i noticed u guys ordered from oemacuraparts.com…living in Cali and needing parts asap. i go with www.hondapartsunlimited.com (slightly better prices too) plus there located in Arizona. instead of ordering parts from florida.
just my 2cents.

RYWIRE FTW! Did you get a milspec connector? pics please… Good progress, it will be up and running in no time. Do you plan on shaving anything in the bay?
its nice that the fenders you got are already white.

Thanks for the reference. OEMAcuraParts is in AZ as well, I think AcuraOEMParts (delrey) is in FL.

No Milspec connector. I just saw it as a $300 extra piece that would have been nice, but not needed. The harness should be here in a couple weeks. I don’t know if Im going to shave any of the holes in the bay, I was just looking at some pictures I took of my friends car (ONE-R) Specifically this picture

1992 Integra Milano Red Gs-R by Michael Schoelen, on Flickr

You can check the rest of them out here

I was just talking to him about how I don’t really like a shaved bay, I kind of just like the new paint, but OE holes still in there. The car will be going to paint, so the color of the fenders doesn’t really matter, however I was thinking it is nice, so I can use them until the car goes to paint.

Love that bay, almost perfect IMO (his bay makes me want to tuck some more wiring). As for shaving, I’m not much of a fan either. I could see making some small changes, but overall I’d keep the stock holes, grooves, lines…etc

Angell’s car is my inspiration. Not just his car, but the whole story behind him and his car. He should be an inspiration for us all.

What harness did you get? I’m doing a B18C swap myself, and I ordered the Rywire VTEC subharness. since I’m OBD1, I didn’t need to get any jumper harnesses.

Angell’s bay is beautiful, I love the non-shave look also as it keeps the original look and keeps it true. Mike, I really can’t wait to see the progress. Looks like I will be the last of the group to revamp the DA.

I purchased the rywire tuck harness.
