I had a thread on here a long time ago showing the whole process but it appears to be gone. Duramix 4240, a DA bumper, a DC bumper and lots of time sanding is the majority of it though

I just bought some metal from my local metal store and fabbed up upper and lower strut bars and then welded the cross bars in. It was fairly straight forward. I will post up more pics later of all the components

Yeah man i could care less! I just made it because i wasn’t going to throw 500 down for one when i have the skills to make one. And I wanted to see how well I could make one look.

yeah i could defiantly fab one up to go around seats. I also want to be able to make it be able to be torn down and not a solid piece.

Well I’m gonna draw up some plans to make one not solid and to fit around seats. Shouldn’t be to tough.
