Got a bluetooth adapter for my pc today so i can use teamspeak for comms. Problem is, my lazy ass friend refuses to get one because its “too much trouble”. He’s my primary gunning partner, and i can never hear him. Im rarely on if he’s not, because our schedules work out that way. So, what’s the point of my wife’s early birthday present to me, if the person “on the other end” wont get one, too? Uggggh…

Okay. Maybe someone can help me out with a small problem I’m having with pairing my bluetooth headset to my PC.
I recently got a bluetooth dongle as an early birthday present so I can use TeamSpeak when playing games online. Now, I initially paired my headset with the PC last night, and it worked fine. However, as soon as I disconnect from the PC, or if I turn the headset off, I can’t reconnect with the PC. The only way I can reconnect with the PC is by deleting the headset off the computer and selecting “Add New Device” again. Then, it will work perfectly. But, history repeats, and it will no longer connect if I turn off the headset.
Any ideas? Headset is a Plantronics Explorer 240. I got it last year for about $25, so it’s not the greatest headset, but it gets the job done. Not really willing to buy another one considering this one isn’t broken. Any ideas as to why there seems to be no communication between the headset and the PC after I disconnect?
Btw, here is more pertinent info that might help.
Bluetooth adapter: Iogear USB Bluetooth 2.1 Micro Adapter
Headset: Plantronics Explorer 240
PC OS: Windows Vista
I had that happen to. When you turn it on give it a sec. Also delete it from your ps3.

haha i dont know if you noticed but i joined that cluster eff of a game yesterday (64 player metro). At least we pushed them back all the way to their spawn.
players that join servers are in cahoots to let one kill the other, revive, kill, repeat. It is looked down upon by EA and in the BC2 days the top dude was banned after youtube videos were found of him in BF2 doing the same thing.
Serving no real purpose other than to wave stats around and compensate for having a small member.

64 player metro is a complete cluster fuck but its awesome for points and getting unlocks. I totally whored the shit out of resupplies that round, working on the B2K unlocks. Also 64 player metro is shotgun heaven and I’m a shotgun whore. love it.
