As for what to hang on your tow hook, come to texas, people hang brass cow testicles from their tow hitches.
Some idiots hang them with string. The strings rot out after awhile. Make a mess when you have 5lbs of brass cow testicle letting go on the highway. Talk about bouncing balls.
