All of the websites making the claim about the OMB being overturned use the SAME article from Andrew Breitbart’s biggovernment.com. It’s a short ass op-ed from the editor of the site, Mike Flynn, with absolutely NO SOURCES. What you posted sounds almost identical to that article.

I watched the race (and loved it), but not sure what you’re referring to from Ferrari? I might have missed something because in Canada, TSN takes the FIA feed and then mutes it and shrinks the screen while they show about 10 minutes of commercials at a time. The broadcasters aren’t aware of when the commercials were, so they make no effort to catch up the viewer on what was missed. Uugh.
DRS was open very much NOT on the back straight. Cameras caught it. Of course they’re claiming a mechanical failure.
