Diarrhea in every fucking room except for the ones with tile…awesome. Wife and I get the carpet cleaner and get to work but the setting was never changed back to carpet (it was on brush attachment) so we just spread soapy shit-water all over the place. Began cleaning the carpets again, the correct way and about half way through, 3.5 year old runs out to me and says “toy-it boe-kin”. Go to the master bathroom, 1.5 year old has put an entire roll of toiler paper in the toilet and 3.5 year old tried to fix it with the flush.

sprained my ankle so bad the er pa thought I might have broken my ankle as well as my foot. Xrays verified that it was just a bad sprain.
I have done that a couple times from skateboarding. It really hurts. Mine was swollen and black n blue half way up to my knee. It’s almost better to break it than sprain it that bad. I feel for you.
i was hoping it was broken and would require some form of “open reduction” type surgery. You know, cut my ankle open, plates screws anchors, sew me back up, a week of morphine and I’m on my way. I work for some of the top orthopedic doctors in NJ (hell the greater NJ/ NYC area as well) so the surgery is no big deal. Its sprained bad. I am still going to one of these top docs on Wednesday for an evaluation.
The PA and nurse would not give me pain meds. I came into the er hobbling/dragging my foot. I wasn’t fast tracked and my repeated requests for meds where not met. I even dropped in the fact that this hurt 100x worse than my kidney stone and that it would be difficult to use crutches due to my wrist injury from a few years back. They sent me out with an rx for an NON narcotic and crutches with an aircast.
I told my boss about my ordeal and she informed me that she was formerly the ER manager at the hospital I went to. She was amazed that no one gave me pain meds and she emailed the current manager to find out why.
