Too big? Too small? You’re talking about the upper O-ring right? Are you reusing the OEM ones?

yeah they were the oem ones but i ran to napa and found some skinnier ones and hopefully they will be good to go

kind of confused how they don’t fit then??? Unless the tops of your RC’s are fatter than the OEM injectors.

are you trying to install them with a dry o-ring?

^^^This make all the difference in ease of installation

yes i used lube also and was still a pain…actually tried forcing them in and the oring got cut from the fuel rail…so it defintely was not fiiting in…got the napa orings on and they fit good with lube so it should be good to roll…

hasport cable to hyrdo link is installed

rc 310’s installed

password jdm hood spacers chillin

fpr and fuel filter installed

this is how im running my fuel line out and in
i ordered -6 an fitting for the tube nuts and sleeves and didnt realize they are -5…-5 is harder to find fyi and i had to order an adapter from -6to-5 fitting to make the bulkhead fittings to work
heres where im at with that

mostly everything is back in the engine bay minus a couple of misc things

brand new gas tank installed!

and then pretty soon im going to have to tackle this…not looking forward to it!

Nice progress!

thanks man!

Love it! such a clean engine bay

thanks got lots of cleaning to do still and buy new hardware but im just trying to get it rolling and out of my friends garage

valve covers shaved and painted

Haha just paint the vc made that look so much better

installed my koni yellow/ground controls with extended tops hats today along with my axels

nicely done man.

got any pointers on cleaning the motor? I have been putting one together for a car im selling but my first time and the engine degreaser and brake cleaner from autozone isnt doing the job.

oh yeah and ever thought of trying out a hidden radiator? I’m personally not a fan but i thought with ITB’s, relocated battery, N/A, brake, fuel and wire tuch why not tuck the radiator too? Kind of curious as to how that would look.

i used purple power 3 times and my motor still isnt clean enough…so im just going get a couple toothbrushes and some simple green or more purple power and go to twon when im ready!!!

as far as tucking the radiator…not at the moment i just got this mishimoto one…maybe down the road but then i would have holes where the radiatior mounts are on my core support,… im not painting my bay for a third time…lol
