when i am driving and i press the brake pedals i notice my clock dims, and when the car is off and key not even in i press the brake pedals and my corner lamps comes on and it make that ding ding sound as if the lights have been left on

You probably have a short between your brake lights circuit and the parking lights circuit. When you press on the brake, your parking lights go on thus dimming the clock. Did you replace brake lights bulbs recently? This could explain the short… Try to remove all the brake bulbs(except the third brake light bulbs) and press on the brake pedal to see if it’s still doing it…
