I removed my gauge cluster today to put in a GSR tach. and when I test drove it there was a loud ticking noise behind the speedo. I took everything apart and greased the speedo. cable and recepticle of the speedo. with the same results. I know they wear out over time, but why would it possibly crap out just like that with no previous signs?
