I keep hearing this sound which sounds like a bird chirping only when the speedometer is moving. When stoped, the sounds goes away but as soon as I start to drive, there it is again. What can be the problem? I heard something about adjusting the linkage under the hood for the speedometer. Can that be right?
my cousin has a similar sound like that in his mustang…my uncle had told him just to try and lube the speedo cable…but we havent actually tried it yet
