Well thanks to the help of the members on this board and a few phone calls to Dan, I was able to get my rounded tensioner pulley bolt out. New timing belt is on and I have to say my car hasn’t felt this good in a LONG time. So, once again I would like to thank everyone who helped me out with this project.
I used a dremel witha a 90 degree elbow, but it was to wide to go straight down on the bolt. So using fiber glass blades I cut at the middle for awhile and used a grinder in there and finally I watched the washer fall. I bpuller the pulley off and unthreaded the bolt by hand.

huh im not sure what you mean. i resorted to welding on a bigger nut and that did the trick. had to remove the motor mounts to lower the block and get access to it through the firewall
