Most people JDM-out the tail lights with the white strip on top and a red strip on the bottom, but what about tinting the white part.
I’m no good with photoshop but I’ve seen it on my boys’ E92 335i and 370z, and it looks great.
I’m having a hard time visualizing if it’ll look good or not since the tint is supposed to be a fairly subtle detail, with the red part being dominant. Our DA’s white area take up half of the space of the tail lights so it might be too much tint. I’ve never been a fan of completely tinted/smoked tail lights.
Thoughts?
You can buy red lens paint http://www.wirednj.com/index.php?event=detail&id=281&productname=Van%20Red%20Lens%20Paint%20Gloss
