hmm… i dont see any spring rates… well anywho… if yoru looking to just slam yoru ride… and you dont care about ride quality or anything of teh sort… id say go for it… but if you want ride quality… id say look for something with spring rates
the rates are 500f/400r. i just got them installed… rides pretty nice actually…
