I used to have a tape with some weird stuff on it from the Hotel Colorado in Glenwood Springs, CO. I lost it at some point. Hope you have fun.

After that pic, I asked if we got a picture of someone. The third member of our group got a “SHIT!” on her recorder; shortly afterward I got some breathing then a cell door slamming shut on mine.
She also (in another location) got “Fuck you, bitch…get out, bitch” on her recorder. Waiting for her to get home and send that one to us.

There’s a dust orb in the first picture?
Nobody had walked on that walkway all night, no wind, no dust to kick up. No bugs were in the New Wall tower either.
Anything else happen? Did you sleep there or just take a nightly stroll? What building is that, would like to know its history.
All I see is a serious OSHA violation on the floor there.
Also, how do you go about getting permission to be in a place like that all night? Can you just pay an entry fee or something? That would be sweet. Finally, what kind of flash lights did you have? My light is bright enough that it might have been boring. Did you abstain from powerful lights in order to increase the fun factor?
i only used my light for a grand total of about 30 seconds.
i had my surefire 6P as a backup, but never touched it. just used some el cheapo $20 LED rig i got at bass pro, has good powerful white LEDs for the main, then cycles thru red green and blue if you want those instead. nothing fancy, but it worked fine.
permission was secured through a friend; they’ll allow paranormal investigations but you have to set it up WELL in advance. cost isn’t too bad; typically it’s a flat fee then they break it down by how many people go; i don’t mind paying extra to know there’s fewer people there to risk contamination of the recordings.
thinking about hitting up Ohio State Reformatory, Eastern State Penitentiary, or Pennhurst. All depends on where Mike wants to go next.

Also, I’ve done some closer listening to most of what came off my digital recorder. It’s in a 41-meg .rar file (if it requests a password, use “boogiedown!” cause I’m a party animal like Bender) and on rapidshare here. It also has a .txt file that breaks down what is heard, when, and on which audio file. All these audio files are directly off the recorder, absolutely NOTHING has been changed other than the filename.
My guess is that it’s a glint from the flash off the duct overhead, where the larger glint is. But then again, I don’t believe in anything supernatural.
^ can you listen to the rapidshare audio for me then? Let me know what you hear.
Even using my good headphones that pick out every little sound it’s hard to tell what the sounds are coming from because there’s a lot of noises from the people there moving around and their equipment. The only thing I can hear out of place is what they keep saying is cell doors slamming, but it’s not obvious to me that it is what they’re saying it is without being there. (could be thunder, car driving, wind, etc.)
No thunder all night. No wind all night. Cars are very easily discernible when they drive by.
