Track like suspension for Integra

Hi
I have a 91’ Integra Turbo and I want to go into the suspension stuff.

What can be done to help the integra have track-spec suspension ?
What parts are needed, if there are any manufactured ?

I just have Intrax Racing springs - that’s all.

Moton 4ways. Or call ohlins and request them to make a set.

^^ good call, but very expensive. KW V3 is pretty good and affordable.

so coilovers are the only stuff needed ?

No. I would start with bushings. They are time consuming to do and you have to pretty much take apart your entire suspension. Energy Suspension sells a full kit that basically replaces all of your bushings. Not included are sway bar bracket bushings (endlinks are included) or rear trailing arm bushings. I would recommend picking both up though seperate from the kit.

I would also revamp your suspension with all new basic parts like tie rod ends (inner and outer), balljoints and the like. A traction bar would help as well, basically it shores up the entire front end. A traction bar would also support other race mods like 4-1 or big headers by offering more clearance from anything than stock or no power gain 4-2-1 stock fitment headers like DC.

Anti sway bars will keep the car flat and also allow your rear end to play a bit, really good to have on a fwd car. ASR makes a sub-frame brace that can be used with their beefy rear sway bar, or you can get others from companies like Suspension Techniques.

You will also want a camber kit to dial in camber for adjusted ride height and having a different purpose than the stock geometry was made for. There are tons of companies offering camber kits front and rear, research what you want.

As far as shocks, Motons are badass but expensive. What are you doing with the car? Hardcore racing or just friendly open track days? If they are jsut track days you can get away with a much more basic setup, Tein SS or the Koni Yellow/Ground control combo.

Hope this helps. If you can’t find a vendor who will ship it to you drop me an email. I am not a retailer but I own a business and I ship worldwide, I ship to Turkey monthly. So you can pay me and I can get the part.

Thanks Deceptakhan… You gave great info about what I need. I’m preparing for private track days, not hardcore racing actually. I don’t think Integra is sticking on the road, however, I don’t want to change the car after studying on the engine for months.

One more problem on the integra is steering. Is there any way to develop the stock steering system ?
